What and who are the All Stars?
The all stars came about as a result of a couple threads on 606 created by Staboblade.
The first for the era of 1981 to present day - here which most of us could remember
The second from 1889 to 1981 - here - which became slightly more difficult as time passed.

These are the fans view of the greatest players to have worn the red and white strips of Sheffield United. 
This was open to any 606 poster, whether a regular in the Crossed Blades pub or not,  the criteria being that you should submit your votes in a 4-4-2 formation, including 5 subs and a manager. Players picked for the first team were allocated 2 points, whilst subs had 1.
